This is YOUR chance to remix a Kay Dane' piece from www.kaydaneonline.com and actually have it named after YOU!!
Here is how it will work:
Step 1: Choose your favorite piece from the site. Make sure to make a note if it shows "sold out" on the site. That usually means the fabrication is no longer available. Example: the Lux Leopard fabric is sold out, so it has been replaced with the Khaki Zebra. (refer to site). Get ready to remix.
Step 2: Once you have selected your favorite piece, decide HOW you would like to remix it. Do you wanna simply swap the fabric for another you see on the site, do you wanna swap the sleeves, do you want a zipper instead of buttons, do you wanna shorten the hemline, or All of the Above? Example: I want to remix the "puff sleeve jumper". With the bodice of the jumper, the sleeves from the "X Ray Vision Mini", and the printed fabrication of the "Bambi Sheath Dress".
Step 3: Submit a detailed email on EXACTLY what you would like to see with your remixed item (as seen in step 2) through our "Contact" tab on the site.
Step 4: Please wait for our reply as to IF your remix will work within our company guidelines. If your remix design is approved, you are almost there.
Step 5: We will send you a payment option for you to purchase your new personal design. A complete expense breakdown will be included in this email as well. You will receive designers discount for this collaborative effort IF you decide to offer your design to other customers. If you do not want to offer to other customers, your design will only be featured on the site, not available for purchase and you will be charged regular price for your garment. This will help you decide if you would like to move forward.
Step 6: Confirm your order and Continue with payment!
Step 7: Submit your "name" for your remix design. This may be your first name, last name, or nickname. It MUST NOT contain any profanity or derogatory themes or phrases.
Step 8: Please wait for your Name Request Approval.
Step 9: Once your "name" has been approved,and payment is confirmed, PRODUCTION TIME!
Step 10: Your Design will be produced, photographed, and then shipped to YOU!
*** Your design will be featured on www.kaydaneonline.com under the "Kay Dane' Remixes" Section. Complete with your name and an option to offer viewers and customers your own personal URL, Twitter, or Facebook contact. While you will recieve full credit for your remix design on www.kaydaneonline.com, you will have NO legal rights to the Kay Dane' sales and/or use of this design after it is published on the site.
